SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND REFUNDS POLICY

Shipping

All products are delivered with confirmation numbers around the world. We will provide you with the tracking number once your order is ready to be shipped.

All orders are shipped from New York, USA.

Each piece is handmade on order. All orders are shipped out after being prepared as per the fulfillment timelines. The fulfillment timelines are mentioned on the product pages. Tracking number is updated via email.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

As each piece is handmade on order, all sales are final (no refunds, no returns). However, if any mistakes are made from our side (quality of clothes) we would be happy to help you out. Please send us an email with pictures of defect within 3 days of receiving your order. We will then determine if you are eligible for the exchange. The item must be unworn with all original tags on. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs.

Store Credit Only

We do not offer refunds for returned items; however, we provide store credit for the returned product(s). Store credit can be used to make future purchases on our website.

Exchanges

 If you wish to exchange an item, please email us at mittimittibrand@gmail.com along with the issue with the items received. Customers opting for an exchange will need to cover the cost of return shipping.

Final Sale Items 

Certain items, such as clearance or final sale items, may not be eligible for return or exchange.
