We get it, sizing can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to help. Send us an email at mittimittibrand@gmail.com and we’ll help figure out the best size for you. On each product page you can find all the individual garment fit notes and unique measuring guide in the photo carousel.
As each piece is handmade to order, all sales are final. However, we understand there may be rare exceptions. For any return inquiries, please email us at mittimittibrand@gmail.com.
Returned items must be unworn, with all original tags attached. While we do not issue refunds, approved returns will receive store credit for future purchases. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Sold out styles may become available again, however this is not guaranteed. To inquire about availability, email mittimittibrand@gmail.com with your requested item, size, and color along with your preferred contact information.
No, we do not cover any duties / customs charges or taxes that shipments outside of India or the United States may be subjected to. This is entirely at the customer’s expense.
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged in transit. In the event your package goes missing, please notify us immediately at mittimittibrand@gmail.com to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Please ensure to enter the correct email upon checkout to receive the transit and delivery confirmations.
Orders typically take 24-48 hours to process and fulfill. During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer. Certain items, such as made-to-order or custom products, may require 4-6 weeks for shipment.
Yes. mitti mitti is founded on the preservation of historical textiles and artisan craftsmanship. Every piece we create incorporates some form of hand-crafted element, whether it’s traditional embroidery, hand-block printing, natural dyeing, or hand-finished construction.
Alongside our main collection, we also produce one-of-a-kind pieces made entirely from antique or vintage textiles.

Complete the form — choose “Customs” and describe what you’re looking for (colors, fabrics, design details). If you're unsure, we’ll help you shape the vision.
Upload any reference images or sketches.
Submit the form for our design team to review.
Expect a confirmation email with a quote and timeline within 2–3 business days.
After you approve the quote, we’ll begin production and offer an optional video consultation to refine your design.
Yes, every Mitti Mitti piece is inherently one-of-a-kind. Because each item involves handcrafted techniques, natural dyes, and artisan variation, no two garments are ever exactly the same.
We also create true one-of-one pieces, where a single design is produced only once. Beyond that, all of our collections are made in small-batch, limited releases.
